About PHYSICAL FIXclick here for all runners workshop information
What happens on a visit to PHYSICAL FIXYou will be treated to in depth discussion about your present injury's, fitness requirements and future goals. This will be a real indulgence into what you want to achieve, what has been holding you back and what aspects you want most to develop or change. Or has your performance been lower than par recently and require a full assessment to see what aspects of your fitness need developing? Or is it that your injury is stopping you from training at all and everyone else you have seen to try and repair the problem has charged you fortunes but with no results?
Paul Hobrough is the Director of PHYSICAL FIX and an ex-International Sportsman. Paul competed for 15 years as a sprint and marathon canoeist in both national and International competitions. Having completed his first degree in Sports Science at St Mary's College in Twickenham, he went to post graduate studies at The University of Surrey, where he later worked as Head of Health and Fitness for many years. Paul went on to become the Head of Physical Development for Thames Valley Police. Paul has been involved in sport and sports injuries for his entire working life and had always dreamed of setting up his own clinic. It was in 2003 that PHYSICAL FIX first opened its doors to the public and the business continues to grow.
Dan Oliver is the Senior Accoiate at PHYSICAL FIX and has a huge client base due to his expert treatment skills and fitness knowledge. A semi professional football player and all round sportsman, Dan knows what it is like to both achieve high goals and suffer injury and puts his fountain of knowledge to good use on each and every client. Dan worked alongside Paul at the University of Surrey as Fitness club manager and whilst there worked closely with the training group of Margot Wells, wife to Alan Wells (Olympic Gold Medal Winner - 100m Moscow 1980). | |
