INJURY TREATMENTS
PHYSICAL FIX will book you in for just three treatments and review your injury at this stage. We know from our vast experience that most common injuries can be significantly repaired within the first two weeks of treatment.
Of course everyone repairs at different rates, but in the main, PHYSICAL FIX will only need three treatments over just 2 weeks to get clients pain free from compliants such as Shin Splints, Foot or heal pain known as Plantar Facitus, Runners Knee and hip problems. Back complaints are judged on their own merits but if the problem is not muscular then we have an excellent referral scheme with the BACK TO HEALTH Wellness centre in Kingston and will make sure your problem is professionally cared for and ensure you return to training as soon as possible.

- TREATMENTS ARE ADMINISTERED USING A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES FROM OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING. tHESE INCLUDE, SPORTS MASSAGE, ACUPRESSURE, MANIPULATION, PNF STRETCHING AND SPORTS REHABILITATION
Clients will be assessed and then treated on session one. Each client will then be shown a range of exercises that they MUST complete at home each day between sessions to both strengthen and lengthen their muscles to ensure the treatment process is complete.
SPORTS MASSAGE, is a "very" deep tissue manipulation using acupressure (continued force onto muscle knot or area of spasm/tension), which ensures the muscle problems are treated effectively and restored to their natural function.
Massage has several different techniques, but if you have only tried a relaxing, or beauty style massage before then perhaps try the treatments available at PHYSICAL FIX, here we analyse the problem, look for contributing factors and can even trace a shoulder injury all the way to the foot. The Body is very complex and so we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure that not only you become pain free, but that you know how to self treat should the problem start to occur again months after treatment.
Sports therapy is the combination of sports massage and stretching and strengthening exercises to restore good function back to the body. This treatment relies upon you taking exercises home with you, between sessions. Sport therapy is usually based upon a course of treatments as rehabilitation for the affected area.
FITNESS TESTING AND PERSONAL TRAINING
Fitness and personal training is available across the board, but is it best to go to a gym, have a personal trainer come to your house, or try and fathom it all out for yourself?
Here at PHYSICAL FIX we cut across all of these problems for you, ensuring that you get what you want. We have the latest equipment in order to run high quality personal training sessions within our shop on a one-one basis at a per hour fee with no joining or membership fees to be paid, safe in the knowledge that our qualifications and experience far outweigh the run of the mill instructors found at your local health clubs.
